I think Blogger is punishing me for my long hiatus...

I just put together my second very long, very involved post, only to have blogger auto save it and save only the work from the last 5 minutes or so... I am too frustrated to recreate all my cute pics and witty descriptions. Boo. I also just realized that Sammy has been tied up in the living room since I got home two hours ago. It's easier just to tie her to the couch when we have workers here, but I guess I got distracted and forgot to untie her when they left. Oh poor Sammy.

Say cheese and OPEN your eyes...

As it turns out Abby hates the flash of the camera (it's a good thing we don't have paparazzi following us!) and she has figured out how to foil my best efforts to catch her doing something cute. I have had some success... but it's way more challenging than it used to be, now she can crawl away (fast!), is constantly on the move and closes her eyes as soon as she sees the camera... it's a miracle I have any shots of her cute little smile!






FINALLY!

Abby finally has teeth!

Whoa! It took a long time, but she finally has two very cute little teeth. It's hard to catch them in a picture because she usually has her tongue out, but you can almost see them in the first picture.




(I am back! I have about 10 or 15 excuses for the blog strike, but none of them are that interesting so I'll skip it and just say SORRY and we're glad to be back! Abby is 8 1/2 months old! Can you believe it? I can't, time sure flies by!)
